Where is the Box Office? And what are the hours?

Please visit any of the Box Office locations to pick up Will Call orders, upgrade tickets (if available), or to receive support for tickets purchased through the Ticketmaster Verified Ticket Exchange.

*A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

Have your receipt with barcode ready before you arrive at the box office to expedite your box office experience. This was sent to you when you purchased your tickets and will be sent again the week of the festival.

Box Office locations and hours for 2027 are not yet available. Check back closer to the festival dates.
